I felt secure with parking and visible security. I also appreciated the closeness to the Horseshoe, with its monorail access. An AM and PM nearby provided quick access to snacks. The resort was quiet, the staff accommodating, and very friendly. I found the surroundings relaxing, not overwhelmingly showy.
The hallways could benefit from a deeper clean as they lacked a certain freshness.

The hotel provides free parking, very convenient. My room was spacious and clean. On-site restaurants offered very good dining options. It is close enough to attractions to make for some very easy outings.
I did find the soundproofing inadequate. Noises from adjacent rooms and hallways were quite audible. This sometimes disrupted my sleep. I think a simple update to the insulation would resolve this easily.

The room was huge!!! I stayed in a Siena King Suite and it had plenty of space. The hotel is maintained very well. I appreciated how calm it was given I was so close to everything!!!

The gym had equipment I used. It had several treadmills and stationary bikes. The pool area included a large hot tub. The pool area also had many chairs for people.
The shower door did not close fully. The shower head hit my face directly. The pillows felt very high. I could hear noises from the floor above.
